AND NOW, this 20th day of November, 2013, upon consideration of the attached
Petition for Change of Name, a hearing is scheduled for Monday, January 6, 2014, at
3:15 p.m., in Courtroom No. 5, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that notice of the filing of said Petition and the

and the biological father and mother of Liya Solomon having
