RECENTLY DISCOVERED INSURANCE
DOCUMENTS.
Petitioner Robert M. Mumma, II requests that the Court allow introduction
and incorporation in the record recently discovered documents from ING .
ING policies were the subject of the Court's order to liquidate life
insurance policies on Petitioner's life.
These documents indicate the purpose of the policies and the ownership
of the policies. The documents show that Estate of Robert M. Mumma had
no interest in these policies or the companies that purchased them. This
information cast a new light on the entire proceedings and the
conclusions reached by the Auditor. Petitioner believes that inclusion of
the new�y discovered documents will allow the Court a full understanding
of the intentions of the deceased.
