described in Cumberland County Deed Book 258, Page 4006 et. seq.

96 -A -10, 99 -A -19, 2004 -A -11, 2010 -A -20 and 2011 -A -13. This lien is filed in strict compliance with said
Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended 53, P.S. §7101, et. sue.
