appoint a limited guardian ad litem to Tammy Lynn Raney to review the accounting and
proposed distribution of the Estate of Luanne M. Preece is hereby GRANTED, and the
following Order is entered to both the above-captioned case and to the Guardianship of Tammy
Lynn Raney,No. 21-13-0213:
1. Mark F. Bayley, Esquire, is appointed limited guardian ad litem of the estate of
Tammy Lynn Raney for the purpose of reviewing the accounting and proposed
distribution of the Estate of Luanne M. Preece;
2. Mark F. Bayley shall be permitted to bill the Raney Family Special Needs Trust at
a reasonable hourly rate for his service as limited guardian ad litem of the estate
of Tammy Lynn Raney;
3. A hearing on this matter is scheduled for theLf26 day of

which time the parties shall provide the Court with an accounting and proposed
distribution for its approval.
