AND NOW,this 21 st day of November,2013, after a hearing held on the
Petition for Citation to Produce the Will of Donna J. Fritz, Or, In the Alternative, To
Show Cause Why Letters of Administration Should Not Be Granted, filed by Jodi Ann
Fritz, and the Petition for Probate and Grant, filed by Robert L. Fritz, and an agreement
that both Jodi Ann Fritz and Robert L. Fritz are willing to serve together as Co-
Executors for the Estate of Donna J. Fritz,the Register of Wills renders the following
decision.
IT IS DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Jodi Ann Fritz and
Robert L. Fritz. Jodi Ann Fritz and Robert L. Fritz shall have all the rights and duties of
fiduciaries under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of
this estate according to law.
