Rosendale to act as Fiduciary for the Estate of Walter G. Rosendale, and transfer the Prudential
Financial Common Stock to Mary L. Rosendale, surviving spouse, pursuant to Section 3102 of
the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries pursuant to Section 3102 of the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code,
