SATISFACTION AND RELEASE OF CLAIM
The Claim submitted in the above-captioned Estate on behalf of TRIPLE-M-FARMS
in the amount of$21,900.72 has been otherwise settled or has been compromised for $21,900.72.
This Satisfaction and Release of Claim is executed to acknowledge discharge of the Claim, and to
release the Estate of Fred McGillvray and the Personal Representative of the Estate from all further
liability with respect thereto.
