Return of Resident Decedent for the Estate of Francis K. Richwine together with:
1. Check in the amount of$150,153,09 representing inheritance tax due payable to "Register of
Wills,Agent";
2. Copy of Colonel Richwine's probated Will; and
3. Documentary evidence of values for items reported on the schedules to the Return.
