filed by Mark A. Mateya, Esquire, on October 28, 2013, and the Petition for Probate
filed by John C. Oszustowicz, Esquire,on December 2, 2013, in the Estate of George W.
Howard, IT IS HEREBY DECREED that the Caveator shall post bond in the amount
of$5,000 within ten days'from the filing of the Petition for Probate in accordance with
Pa.C.S.A. § 906(a). The caveat will be considered abandoned if no bond is filed within
the ten-day period.
