FIRST: PAYMENT OF EXPENSES - I order and direct my"personal represee
hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses &voljEg�r

connected with the administration of my estate as soon after my death as as rdasonal�lft
However, my personal representative need not accelerate and pay those un matured obligations
which,in his,her or its opinion,it might be proper and more advantageous to retain or renew and
pay as they become due and payable. If I do not own a burial plot or a grave marker at the time of
my death, I authorize my personal representative, in his, her or its sole discretion, to purchase a
burial plot and to erect a suitable grave marker at my grave, and.to expend sums from my estate
for this purpose.
SECOND: I give and bequeath those items of tangible personal property listed on a
certain one page typed list dated July 9, 2013, entitled "Personal Property List for Last Will and
Testament of BETTY L. LAY", signed by me, attached to this my Last Will and Testament and
incorporated herein by reference thereto,to those persons named on said list.
TAD: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,whatsoever and wheresoever situate as follows:
A. I give, devise and bequeath SEVENTY PERCENT (70%) of my estate to my
children namely DONNA J MORRISON, DONALD L. LAY, TERRI S. BAXTER,
DANNY R LAY and TIMOTHY S. LAY in equal shares on a per stirpes distribution
basis,

B. I give, devise and bequeath TWENTY PERCENT (20%) of my estate in equal
shares to my grandchildren who are living at the time of my death.
C. I give, devise and bequeath TEN PERCENT(10%)of my estate in equal shares to
my great grandchildren who are living at the time of my death.
FOURTH: TRUST - In the event that any beneficiary of this my Last Will and
Testament is under the age of eighteen (18) years, I then give and bequeath said beneficiary's
share to, and appoint as Trustee of any property which passes under this Will or otherwise, my
son, DONALD L. 'LAY, of 3804 Brytton Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17110, AS TRUSTEE,
NEVERTHELESS, to invest and re-invest the same until the said beneficiary reaches the age of
eighteen(18)years,with the following powers in addition to those presently given by law:
A_ The power and obligation to expend solely within the discretion of the
named Trustee, the income towards the health, support and maintenance,
and education,including a college(both undergraduate and graduate),trade,
business or technical school education, of the said beneficiary after taking
into account said beneficiary's(ies)other available resources;
B. The power and obligation to expend the principal, within the discretion of
the said Trustee, if the income is insufficient, towards the health, support
and maintenance, and education, including a college (both undergraduate
and graduate), trade, business or technical school education, of the said
beneficiary after taking into account said beneficiary's(ies) other available
resources;
C. The power to sell any and all real estate, within the discretion of the said
Trustee;

D. The power and obligation to distribute the balance of principal and interest,
if any remaining,when the said beneficiary reaches the age of eighteen(18)
years, without the necessity of a formal adjudication of the Trustee's
Account in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, upon the
receipt of a good and valid release.
E. The principal of the Trust and the income therefrom shall be free from the
debts, liabilities, and engagements of those beneficially interested therein
and shall not be subject to assignment by him or her, nor to attachment of
execution under any legal, equitable or other process for the enforcement of
judgments or claims "of any sort against them, either individually or
collectively,and
F. In the event the above-mentioned person is unable to accept the position of
Trustee, I then name, constitute and appoint TERRI S. BAXTER, of 530
Salem Church Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050, as Trustee, with the same
powers and obligations hereinbefore stated.
FIFTH: PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE — I nominate, constitute and appoint my
son,DONALD L.LAY to be the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event that
he be unable to fulfill the duties of Executor,I then nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,
TERRI S.BAXTER as Executrix of this my bast Will and Testament.
SIXTH: WAIVER OF BOND - I direct that my personal representatives, and Trustees
shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
