Beward, currently of 501 Ricky Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all previous Wills and Codicils made by me. ARTICLE It is my intention by this Will to dispose of all of the property which I may own. However, I hereby elect not to exercise any power of appointment exercisable by a Will which I now have or which may hereafter by conferred on me; no provisions of this Will shall be construed as an exercise in whole or in part of any such power. ARTICLE II All estate taxes, inheritance taxes, transfer taxes and other taxes of a similar nature payable by reason of my death to any government or subdivision thereof upon or with respect to any property subject to any such tax, and any penalties thereon, shall be paid by the executor out of the residue, without reimbursement from or apportionment among the beneficiaries, recipients or owners of such property for any such taxes, penalties or interest. PAGE 1 OF 5 ARTICLE III hereby give, devise and bequeath my entire estate, whether real, personal or mixed, as follows: a. Fifty(50%)percentto my daughter, SUE R. LEACH,of 217 Shauffnertown Road, New Cumberland, PA 17070, provided she survives me by thirty (30) days. In the event that my said daughter should predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty(30)days, then and in that event, her share shall be distributed to her issue, per stirpes. b. Fifty (50%) percent to my son, MICHAEL S. HUBLER, of 144 South Lockwillow Avenue, Harrisburg, PA 17112, provided he survives me by thirty(30) days. In the event that my said son should predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, then and in that event, his share shall be distributed to his issue, per stirpes. c. In the event that either one of my children should predecease me or fail to survive me by thirty (30) days, leaving no issue, then and in that event, the share of my deceased child shall be distributed to my surviving child. ARTICLE IV nominate,constitute and appoint my daughter,SUE R. LEACH, as Executor of my estate. No Bond Required No bond or other security shall be required of any Executor appointed in this Will. ARTICLE V If any beneficiary or remainderman under this Will in any manner, directly or indirectly, contests or attacks this Will or any of its provisions, any share or interest in my PAGE 2OF5 estate established by this Will given to that contesting beneficiary or remainderman under this Will is revoked and shall be disposed of in the same manner provided herein as if that contesting beneficiary or remainderman had predeceased me without issue. ARTICLE VI If any of the provisions of this Will or of any Codicils thereto are held to be inoperative, invalid or illegal, it is my intention that all of the remaining provisions thereof shall continue to be fully operative and effective so far as is possible and reasonable.
