LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
LUCILLE C. SICO
I, LUCILLE C . SICO, also known as CATHERINE SICO,
residing at 106-24 75th Street, Ozone Park, N. Y. , do make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I direct my Executor hereinafter named to
pay all of my just" debts , funeral and administration expenses
as soon after my death as practical.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my husband,
SEBASTIAN SICO, also known. as SEBASTIAN SIGO, if he survives
me and if he does not survive me, to my issue, in equal shares ,
per stirpes , who survive me, all of my property and estate,
both real and personal, of whatever kind and wherever situated,
of which I shall die, seized or possessed or of which I shall
be entitled to dispose of at the time of my death.
THIRD: I- nominate, constitute and appoint my
husband, SEBASTIAN SICO, to be Executor of .this , my Will, to
serve without bond. In the event SEBASTIAN SICO -shall for any
reason fail to qualify as Executor, or having qualified shall
cease to act, I nominate, constitute and appoint my sons ,
JOHN SICO and DANIEL SICO, to be successor Co-executors to act
in his place and stead, also without bond.
FOURTH: I give said Executor and successor Co-
executors , respectively, the fullest power and authority in
all matters and 'questions and to do all acts which I might or
could do if living, including without limitation, complete
power and authority to invest without restriction to invest-
ments permitted by law, sell at public or private sale, for
cash or credit, is with or without security, mortgage, lease

and dispose of and distribute in kind, all. property, real and
personal, at such times and upon such terms and conditions as
she may deem advisable.
FIFTH: Any person who shall die at the same time
as I or in a common disaster with me or under circumstances
that it is difficult or impossible to determine which died
first shall be deemed to have predeceased me.

this my Last Will and Testament subscribed my name and set

I , LUCILLE C. SICO, of the City of Spring Hill ; Hernando
County, Florida, make this Codicil to my will executed by me on
the 4th day of May , 1976, at Ozone Park, New York, before James
J. Murray and Theresa 0 Connell, as witnesses, and I now .confirm
and republish all of the terms of my will except those that are
in conflict with this Codicil.
THIS CODICIL IS MADE TO CONFORM TO THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF
FLORIDA, INCLUDING GIVING THE PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE (Executor)
ALL THOSE POWERS AUTHORIZED BY THE FLORIDA PROBATE CODE.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal and
subscribed my name this 29t day of January, 1987, at Spring
Hill , Florida.

The foregoing written instrument, consisting of 2 pages, was
subscribed by the said LUCILLE C. SICO in our presence and
acknowledged by her to each of us to be a Codicil to her Last
Will and Testament and at her request, have signed our names as

signed the instrument as a Codicil of her Last Will and Testament
and that she signed voluntarily and that each of the witnesses in
the presence of each other signed the Codicil as a witness and
that to the best of the knowledge of each witness the testator
was at the time 18 or more years of age, of sound mind and under
no constraint or undue influence.

Each of the undersigned individually and severally being
duly sworn, deposes and says :
The within Will was subscribed in our presence and sight
at the end thereof by LU ILLE C . SICO, the within named

Said Testatrix at the time of making such subscription
declared the instrument so subscribed to be her last Will .
Each of the undersigned thereupon signed his or her

Will, over the age of 18 years and, in the respective opinions
