AND NOW, this 27th day of November, 2013,
following the signing of an order accepting the parties'
stipulation through their attorneys of record, and it appearing
there are no further matters currently at issue, the petition is
granted. Attorney Bradley I�. Griffie' s representation of Terry
J. Gebhard is withdrawn. The response of Mr. Gebhard to the rule
on the petition to withdraw has been accepted and is part of the
docketed file. However, the other matters that were sent to the
Court ex parte by Mr. Gebhard are being returned to Mr. Griffie
for his disposition with Mr. Gebhard at the conclusion of his
representation.
Should further representation be necessary,
Mr. Gebhard is free to contact whatever attorney he so chooses,
which may include Mr. Griffie.
