STIPULATION
The undersigned, as counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent, hereby stipulate and
agree as follows:
1. The parties are working on a private resolution of the disputes involved in this matter
but require additional time to do so. �
2. If the parties cannot resolve the entire matter, they believe can resolve the issue
of the Preliminary Objections filed by Petitioners to the Respondents' Counterclaims,�.without
further action by the court.
3. Based upon the following, the parties have agreed to request that this court cancel the
ora.l argument scheduled for December 30, 2013 and hold this matter in abeyance to give the
parties an opportunity to resolve the matter privately.
WHEREFORE,the parties respectfully request this court to cancel argument scheduled
for December 30, 2013, vacate its order of November 19, 2013, and hold the matter in abeyance
until fu,rther action is requested by either party or directed by the court.
