RELEASE WITH ACCOUNT ATTACHED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that the undersigned, being an heir,legatee
and distribute under the Last Will and Testament of Evelyn D. Reed,deceased, does hereby
acknowledge that she has this day had and received of and from Samuel L. Reed,Jr.,and
Martha J. Clayton, Co-Executors, under the Last Will and Testament of the said Evelyn D.
Reed,deceased,the assets and/or sum of money hereinafter set opposite her name in full
satisfaction and payment of her share of the Estate as shown by the Account of the said Co-
Executors,attached hereto and made a part hereof,and she hereby avers that she has
examined the said Account and agrees that the Account is true and correct and hereby
waives her right to have an account filed by the said Co-Executors in the Office of the
Register of Wills in and for Cumberland County and adjudicated by the Court of Common
Pleas- Orphans' Court Division.

THE UNDERSIGNED ACKNOWLEDGES that her entitlement to the within funds is
dependent upon there being no further sums determined to be due and owing by the estate
including,by the way of illustration,but not limitation,additional federal estate tax,
Pennsylvania inheritance tax, federal and state income taxes,administrative expenses and
debts of the decedent, and, in the event there are such additional amounts due and owing

and the sum of money in the hands of the Co-Executors is insufficient to meet such
expenses,the undersigned agrees to refund to the Co-Executors a proportionate share of
such expenses, but not to exceed the amount received from the estate.
AND,THEREFORE,she does by those presents hereby remise, release, quit-claim
and forever discharge the said Samuel L. Reed,Jr., and Martha J. Clayton, Co-Executors as
aforesaid,their heirs, administrators, successors and assigns, of and from the said assets
and/or sum of money so received, and of and from all actions,suits,accounts,reckonings,
claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof,and of and from every other act,
matter,cause or thing toughing or concerning the same.
