CLERK OF I, OWAS' N'AT of the Township of Hampden, County of Cumber- land Sjyk N� i$tAsylvania , being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding , do make , publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament . 1. I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my decease as the same can conveniently be done . 2. I give , devise and bequeath all the rest , residue and remainder of my estate , real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever the same may be situated , to my husband , John S. Houp, Jr . , absolutely and unconditionally. 3 . In the event that my husband, John S . Houp, Jr. , should pre- decease me , or should he die at about the same time; as I do, such as in an accident common to both of us , then in such event , I give and bequeath my entire estate , of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate , to my children, share and share alike . Should my said husband so predecease me , then in such event , I nominate , constitute and appoint my son, John D. Houp, guardian of the person and estates of any of my children who are minors at the time of my decease , hereby authorizing him as such guardian to apply the principal as well as the income of each child 's respective estate to ensure their comfortable care , support , maintenance and education, particularly directing my said guardian to expend said funds in providing my children with a college education or other r. -1- professional or technical training after they graduate from high school. I further direct that my son, John D . Houp, be permitted to serve as guardian of the estates of my minor children without posting bond or other security. LASTLY, I nominate , constitute and appoint my husband, John S. Houp, Jr. , Executor of this my Last Will and Testament , and in the event he should predecease me or- for any reason be unwilling or unable to serve in such capacity, then in such event , I nominate , constitute and appoint my son, John D .
