app��r�b d �cutor by�e decedent's last Will dated July 11, 2002, which was accepted by the

Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania for probate on February 26, 2008, and steps
necessary to complete the administration were u�ndertaken by the Executor.
WHEREAS, the Will, in Ite�n 5, I give and bequeath to each of my grandchildren, a
$500.00 savings bond, to be purchased with the funds from my estate.
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Ashley M. Barner, granddaughter of
LEROY B.BARNER, deceased, does hereby acknowledge that I release the esta.te in exchan�e for
$250.00 cash in lieu of the savings bond.
AND, THEREFORE, I, Ashley M. Barner, remise, release, quitclaim, and absolutely
discharge, indemnity and hold harmless the Executor, his executors, heirs, and administrators, of,
and from said legacy, and of and from all action, whatsoever, for or by reason thereof or relating in
any way to his administration of the Estate or of any other act, matter, cause, or thing whatsoever
from the beginning of the world to the date of these presents.
INTENDING to be legally bound hereby, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this �
