Simokat, if my spouse survives me, all of my property, real and personal, except as specified in#4, #5, #6, and #7 below. If my spouse does not survive me, I give, devise, and bequeath to my children, Mark Ruggiero and Jeffrey Ruggiero, and step- children, Allan Simokat, Mark Simokat, and Cindy Reeson, all of my property real and personal, except as specified in 94, #5, #6, #7 and #8 below. 4. I give, devise, and bequeath to my son, Jeffrey Ruggiero, the funds on deposit in M&T Bank Account#62126385.' 5. I give, devise, and bequeath to my mother, Marjorie Ginter,the funds on deposit in Fulton Bank Account#490452219. 6. I give, devise, and bequeath to my son, Jeffrey Ruggiero, my antique piano stool and antique wooden rocking chair. 7. 1 give, devise, and bequeath to my son, Mark Ruggiero, my hand made dry sink. 8. I empower my executor to sell at public or private sale, any part of my estate, real and personal, at times and upon conditions that my executor deems proper. 10. I nominate and appoint as executor of this will my spouse. If my spouse fails to qualify or ceases to act, I nominate and appoint my son, Jeffrey Ruggiero, as executor of this will. I direct that no bond be required of either of them 11. It is my wish that my body be cremated.
