To whom it may concern:
I received paperwork from you about the delinquency in settling Betty Hughes
estate. I am not the executor of the estate. I was her POA since her daughter
lives in Nevada and I was a family friend. I believe the executor is Kathy Rutt;
however, I think Jim Hughes, Betty's`husband is involved in changing the executor
to his son who is more capable. I have nothing to do with her estate.
