FIRST: I direct that the expenses of my last illness and funeral be paid out of my estate as soon after my death as is convenient and expeditious in the judgment of my Co- Executors, hereinafter named. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate to my two children, William A. Vogel and Lisa A. Engle, in equal shares, share and share alike . Should my son, William A. Vogel , predecease me, then and in that event, I give, devise and bequeath his entire share to my daughter Lisa A. Engle or her then-living issue . Should my daughter, Lisa A.
