I am writing to say that I wish to continue to have to Jerry A. Weigle, Esquire to
remain on as the Attorney in my father's estate. I have had so much bad luck this
past yr in a half. I have been able to pay the property taxes thru sale of salvage'
the property. I had an auto accident in January and trying to do things myself I
reinjured my left arm and had to have surgery on it. Also while starting to clean
out the bus there we ran across a snake so that put things on hold for the
summer. I haven't communicated much with him with everything breaking down
and having to fix them. I am truly sorry I haven't stayed in contact with him. My
two brothers will not speak to me or help because my father put me as the
executrix of the estate. I have not mistreated them in any way at all. I have four
sisters and one is older than me and is really unable to do much, the wrong move
and she will fall and it's hard to get her to her feet since she is obese. The other
sister lives in Halifax and she just had surgery on both feet and she is afraid she
might see a snake. She has helped some last year. The other sister had'o have
surgery on her spine and caporal tunnel surgery recently, and the fourth has some
medical problem as well. I am not in the best of health, I have chronic back pain,
pain in both knees from the accident so as you can see I am the only one who is
doing anything to take care of this matter, and I am not avoiding Mr. Weiglethe
Inherited tax. It is up to me to come up the money cause no one can afford to
help. If Mr. Weigle isn't paid before, he will be paid out the sale of the property. I
am cleaning out the bus that mom had hoarded things in it. I will have a friend to
haul it in for junk and put that money towards the inherited tax. I have worked
things out with a lady from there. So as things come along I will call or write to
Mr Weigle to keep him updated. Thank You for your time in this matter.

I had to be put on depression and anxiety medicine to get thru this. It is and over
whelming experience. I work a couple hrs and have to sit down for a while for the
pain in my back subsides and then back to it again. I am also paying for the trash
tote there out of my pocket because it needs to be done. So as you can see I am
the only one doing anything I am going to try to find someone else to help
because my son Brad is working and it is almost dark when he gets off. If there is
any more questions you have for me just send them to me and I will give them my
fullest attention. Thank You for giving me the opportunity to explain myself.
Sincerely;
Dianna Hippensteel
