Continuation of Answer 2: The estate administration is substantially
complete. Taxes and expenses have been paid. Limited advances have
likewise been made. Litigation involving the Estate as a Plaintiff remains
pending in the Cumberland County Court of Common Pleas at Docket
Number 2011-5219 which continues to delay the ultimate closing of the
Estate.
