�an.d it appearing that petitioner has not secured the written consent of the client to
withdraw as contemplated in the court's order dated November 1, 2013, conditionally
granting the petition to withdra.w, a Ru1e is issued upon Robert M. Mumma, II, to show
cause, if any he has, why the petition to withdraw should not be granted.
RULE RETURNABLE within 20 days of the date of this order.
IN THE E`�ENT that no timely answer in oppositi.on is filed to the Ru1e by the
client, the court will entertain a motion to make the rule absolute and will grant the
pe�i�ion to withdraw.
NOTHING IN THIS ORDER is intended to affect counsel's representa.tion of the

where several appeals of rulings by this court in this estate are pending. See, e.g., appeals
