12/12/2013 Sheriff Ronny R Anderson, being duly sworn according to law, states he made diligent search and inquiry
for the within named Defendant to wit: D.S. Kopp Internet Services, but was unable to locate the
Defendant in the Sheriffs bailiwick. The Sheriff therefore deputizes the Sheriff of York, Pennsylvania to
serve the within Writ of Summons according to iaw.
12/13/2013 Ronny R Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to |ew, states that he served the within Writ
of Summons upon the within named defendant, WSI Internet Consulting & Education, in the following
manner: On December 12, 2013 the Sheriff mailed by registered mail, return receipt requested a true and
correct copy of the within Writ of Summons to the defendant's last known address of 1660 Tech Avenue,
Unit 2, Mississauga, Ontario L4W5S9 Canada, PA . The certified mail return receipt card was never
received by the Cumberland County Sheriffs Office and at thie time the Writ has expired.
