dated December 29, 2003, IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened to admit the instrument as
the Last Will and Testament of Patricia A. Simokat and that the Letters of Administration previously
granted are revoked.
IT IS FUTHER DECREED that upon proper filing of an Amended Petition for Grant of Letters
that Letters Testamentary shall be granted to Albin W. Simokat
