hereof,respectfully represents as follows:
1. On December 3,2013,Kristine E.Miner,of 1329 Swope Drive,Boiling Springs,PA
17007 and R.Marshall Hall,of 1421 Clearbrooks Dr.,Signal Mt.,TN 37377, (hereinafter referred
to as"Co-Executors")consulted with Petitioner,Linda J.Olsen,Esquire,of Hazen Elder Law,2000
Linglestown Road, Suite 202, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania 17110, (hereina.fter referred to as
"Petitioner") regarding settlement of the Estate of Edna G. Hall (hereinafter referred to as the
"Estate").
2. Petitioner completed the documents necessary to probate the Last Will and Testament �
of Edna G. Hall and is named in the Petition as Counsel for the Estate.
3. On December 4, 2013, Letters Testamentary were granted to Co-Executors by the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
4. By letter dated December 9,2013,Petitioner was notified by Co-Executors that they
have decided not to retain counsel to represent them in the administration of the Estate. Attached
hereto as Exhibit"A"is the notification by Co-Executors.
5. As set forth in their December 9,2013 correspondence,Co-Executors consent to and
join in this Petition for the Withdrawal as Counsel in the above-captioned matter. See Exhibit"A."
4. Petitioner has done no further work on the administration of the Estate since receiving
notification by the Co-Executors that they have chosen not to retain counsel to represent them.
5. Petitioner has notified Co-Executors that they are responsible for the preparation and
filing of all notices and tax returns for the Estate.
6. Withdrawal of counsel can be accomplished without material adverse effect or
prejudice to the interest of Co-Executors.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant Petitioner leave to
withdraw her appearance for the Co-Executors, Kristine E. Miner and R. Marshall,in this action.
