Life Insurance- To continue in force any life insurance owned by me on the life of another and to exercise any settlement options provided in any such policies; to purchase life insurance and annuity contracts for the benefit of a beneficiary to whom income or principal is payable. 7. Business Merger, Etc. - To assent to,join in, or vote in favor of any merger, reorganization, recapitalization, voting trust plan or similar action and to delegate discretionary duties with respect thereto.
