RECEIPT AND RELEASE
IN RE:Estate of Gilbert V. Prowell, Deceased
The Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust,being a beneficiary under the
Last Will and Testament of Gilbert V. Prowell dated April 21, 2008, does hereby acknowledge
receipt of the sum of Four Hundred Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty one and 25/100
($402,131.25)Dollars in full satisfaction of amounts to which it is due from the Estate of Gilbert
V.Prowell.
By executing this Receipt and Release, the Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder
Trust hereby acknowledges that it waives the right to have any accounts of the administration of
the Estate filed with the Register of Wills.
The Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust hereby absolutely releases and
discharges Myra P. Reilly,Personal Representative of the Estate of Gilbert V. Prowell, of and
from any and all claims and rights it now has or may in the future have against the Estate and
Personal Representative,whether due to negligence or otherwise, which it may have by reason of
administration of the Estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Gilbert
Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust has caused this Receipt to be Executed by its duly
authorized representatives this 1d day of March,2013.

RECEIPT AND RELEASE
IN RE:Gilbert Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997, as amended
The Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust,being a beneficiary under the
Gilbert Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997, as amended, does hereby acknowledge receipt of the sum
of One Million Eight Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Two and 27/100
($1,888,422.27)Dollars in full satisfaction of amounts to which it is due from the Gilbert
Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997, as amended.
The Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust also acknowledges receipt of
income in the amount of Thirty Four Thousand Eight Hunderd and One and 33/100($34,801.33)
Dollars from the Gilbert Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997, as amended.
By executing this Receipt and Release, the Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder
Trust hereby acknowledges that it waives the right to have any accounts of the administration of
the Gilbert Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997,as amended filed with the Register of Wills.
The Gilbert Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust hereby absolutely releases and
discharges Myra P. Reilly, Trustee of the Gilbert Prowell Trust U/A 10/31/1997, as amended, of
and from any and all claims and rights it now has or may in the future have against the Trust or
Trustee,whether due to negligence or otherwise,which it may have by reason of administration
of the Trust.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, and intending to be legally bound hereby, Gilbert
Prowell Charitable Remainder Trust has caused this Receipt to be executed by its duly
