failed to provide a properly executed Verification within twenty (20) days of this Court's
27 November 2013 Order, a RULE to show cause why the action should not be
dismissed is ISSSUED upon Petitioner. The RULE is returnable twenty (20) days after
service by Respondent.
The hearing on the underlying Petition, scheduled for 26 December 2013 at 9:30
a.m., is hereby cancelled, to the call of either party, following a ruling on the dismissal
request.
