ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 18th day of December, 2013, the Court
having found that sufficient cause has been shown by the
Petitioner, and in consideration that this Court appointed Mark F.
Bayley, Esquire, as limited guardian ad litem of the estate of
Tammy Lynn Raney for the purpose of reviewing the accounting and
the proposed distribution of the Estate of Luanne M. Preece, and
further that Mr. Bayley found the proposed accounting and
distrubution to be fair to all of the parties and heirs, this Court
hereby orders the estate to be distributed in kind as outlined in
the proposed accounting and distrubution of the Estate of Luanne M.
Preece . It is further ordered that the notice required attendant
to the filing of the audit shall not be necessary as the guardian
ad litem, Mr. Bayley, has already been notified of the intent to
file that audit .
