AND NOW, THIS 19th day of December 2013, upon consideration of the annexed
petition, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a citation is awarded directly to the
heirs of the Estate of Linwood B. Phillips, Jr. as set forth in the annexed petition, to show
cause why the Executor should not be authorized to execute a mortgage bond and
mortgage jointly with Robert M. Frey for real estate owned jointly by the Estate and
Robert M. Frey, in the amount of$1,000,000.00, with either M & T Bank, Orrstown Bank
or Susquehanna Bank, as determined by the Executor; the hearing therein to be held on
Tuesday, January 21, 2014 at 1:30 P.M. in Courtroom # 3, sixth floor, York County
Judicial Center, 45 North George Street, York, Pennsylvania.
At least twenty (20) days' notice of the hearing shall be given to the listed heirs, by
personal service of the citation and a copy of the petition.
