Enclosed is a check in the amount of$35,000 representing payment on account of
Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax for the Estate of Rosalyn Luckman. We are making payment
within three months of Mrs. Luckman's death (September 22, 2013)in order to qualify for the
5% discount for early payment. We are transmitting the payment today, December 20, and
would request that you date the receipt so as to ensure the 5%discount.

correspondence and return it in the enclosed self-addressed and stamped envelope.
