FILE NO.2113-0880
Dear Register of Wills staff,
I recently received the two enclosed Information Notices from the Pennsylvania
Department of Revenue regarding my father's estate. The two PSECU accounts that are
referenced on the forms were already included on the PA Inheritance Tax Form(REV-
1500)that I filed with your office on October 29, 2013. All taxes on my father's portion
of these accounts have been paid.
I have enclosed a copy of SCHEDULE F from the REV-1500. This form shows the two
accounts in question(Checking and Certificate), and their value on the date of death.
These amounts were included in the amounts carried forward on page two of the REV-
1500.
I trust that this information clears up this matter completely. If you require more
information or documentation, please contact me at the above address and phone number.
Sincerely,
William D. Devorick
