KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Joshua M. Baer, late of East Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County,Pennsylvania, deceased, died intestate on September 8, 2012.
WHEREAS, Letters of Administration on the Estate of the said decedent were duly issued
by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to Teresa S. Baer, mother of the
decedent,hereinafter called personal representative;
WHEREAS, the personal representative has gathered the assets of the Estate of the said
decedent as set forth on the informal account approved by said personal representative, which has
been distributed to the parties to this Agreement; and
WHEREAS, Teresa S. Baer, mother of the said decedent, and Lloyd E. Baer, father of the
said decedent, are the sole and only heirs of the decedent;
NOW, THEREFORE, Teresa S. Baer and Lloyd E. Baer, being the sole and only heirs of
the said decedent, and being the only persons entitled to inherit, do hereby acknowledge that we
have this day had and received from the aforesaid personal representative, in full satisfaction and
payment of all sums to which we may be entitled pursuant to the intestate succession laws of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, which amounts have been received this day, prior to this day, or
shall receive in the future as set forth on said informal account; and, do hereby stipulate that in
order to avoid the expense and time involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of

distribution, we agree that no account is necessary and we do hereby agree that we do consent to
distribution being made without the filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to
be with the same force and effect as if they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania.
THEREFORE, we do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever discharge the said
personal representative, Teresa S. Baer, her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, of and
from the said estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims, and
demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, cause or thing
whatsoever, touching upon the Estate of the said decedent, and we do further hereby covenant and
agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the said decedent after the signing of this
Agreement, we do hereby covenant and agree that we will contribute to the Estate to satisfy any
and all claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted against
the said Estate or the aforesaid personal representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of this
Estate Settlement Agreement and Fina1 Release.
This Estate Settlement and Final Release may be executed in multiple counterparts and
shall become effective when executed by a11 parties named herein as set forth below.
