To Include in the Record Recently Discovered Insurance Documents, which has been
filed by a client who is represented of record by counsel and who has not filed a consent
to withdrawal by counsel, and which refers without identificatian to "recently discovered
documents from ING," notes that "ING policies were the subject of the Court's order to
liquidate life insurance policies on Peti�ioner's life," and claims that "�his infor�maxion
cast [sic] a new light on the entire proceedings and the conclusions reached by the
Auditor," and of the response of Lisa Mor$an, in her capacity as Co-Executrix and Co-
Trustee under the Last Will of Robert M. Mumma, and the response of the client's
counsel of record, and the Auditor's report having lon��since been filed and being subject
to pending objections that ha.ve been briefed and argued, the petition is denied.
