� Pt�ea�ng on t�ie Petition to Adjudicate Incapacity and for the
-�:
Appointment of a Guardian, this Court finds sufficient grounds
exist to grant limited guardianship of Theresa Taranto to Steven
and Laura Taranto and to grant them the powers pursuant to
20 Pa. C.S. Section 5123 . 1 (B) to:
1. Make decisions to provide for the general
care, maintenance, and custody of Theresa Taranto.
2 . Designate the place for Theresa Taranto to
live.
3 . Assure that Theresa Taranto receives such
training, education, medical, and psychological services,
together with social and vocational opportunities as appropriate.
4 . Assist Theresa Taranto in the development of
maximum self reliance and independence.
5 . Provide required consents and approval on
behalf of Theresa Taranto.
If in the event that Steven and Laura Taranto
become unable to perform their duties as guardian due to death or
incapacity, then the designated alternative guardian when neither
Steven and Laura Taranto is available shall be Christina Taranto,
wh� is Theresa' s older sister.
