Fortney and Brandt C. Cook, Co-Executors named in the Last Will and Testament of said decedent; and WHEREAS, WILLIAM B . FORTNEY, ROBIN B. FORTNEY, BRIAN FORTNEY, BRENT FORTNEY, BRAD FORTNEY and BRENDA MAHONEY are the heirs and next of kin of the said decedent and the only persons interested in her Estate; and NOW KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that we, WILLIAM B.
