I, NICHOLAS P. KAFKALAS of 522 Fairway Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17011, declare this to be my Last Will and revoke any Will or Codicil previously
made by me.
ITEM I: I direct that all expenses of my last illness and funeral, including my
gravemarker and perpetual care, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable
after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate.
ITEM II: I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death, of
whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as
a part of the expense of the administration of my estate, without apportionment.
ITEM III: I give, devise, bequeath and make the following specific bequests:
a) The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my granddaughter,
CHRISTINA M. KAFKALAS of 219 Monastery Avenue, Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania 19128, providing that she survives me by thirty(30) days; and
b) The sum of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) to my granddaughter,
JENNIFER ANNE MEIER of 3 Crown View, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013,
providing that she survives me by thirty (30) days; and
C) The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) to my grandson,
NICHOLAS A. KAFKALAS of 1412 Ridge Road, North Haven, Connecticut
06473,providing that he survives me by thirty (30) days; and
d) The sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) to MARILYN Y.
McGUNAGLE of 4300 Judith Street, Rockville, Maryland 20853, providing that
she survives me by thirty (30) days.

e) The sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars to the St.
Catherine Philoptohos Society of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox
Cathedral, 1000 Yverdon Drive, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; and
f) The sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars to the Holy
Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral Scholarship Fund, 1000 Yverdon Drive,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; and
g) The sum of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars to the Senior
Citizen Fund, Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral 1000 Yverdon Drive,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania; and
h) The sum of Two Thousand and 00/100 ($2,000.00) Dollars to St.
Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church, Reeves Avenue, Monessen, Pennsylvania;
and
i) The sum of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars to St. Paul's
Lutheran Church, Watkins Avenue & Grand Boulevard, Monessen,
Pennsylvania; and
j) The sum of One Thousand and 00/100 ($1,000.00) Dollars to the
Bethesda Mission of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
ITEM IV: i give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue. and remainder of my
Estate of every nature and wherever situate, in equal shares, share and share alike, to my son and
daughter, PETER NICHOLAS KAFKALAS and ELLEN ANN KAFKALAS, providing that
they shall survive me by thirty (30) days.
Should my son, PETER NICHOLAS KAFKALAS, predecease me or die on or before
the 30t" day following my death, I give, devise and bequeath his share of my estate to his issue,
per stirpes, who survive me by thirty (30) days. At the time of the execution of this my Last Will,
my grandchildren include CHRISTINA KAFKALAS, JENNIFER KAFKALAS and
NICHOLAS A. KAFKALAS.
ITEM V: I hereby authorize and empower my Executors hereinafter named to sell all
of the real property and any or all of the personal property not specifically bequeathed herein,
which I may own or to which I am entitled at the time of my death, in the sole discretion of my
Executors at private or public sale, without an Order of Court, at such time or times and upon
such terms as the said Executors shall deem proper for the best interests of my estate or of my
beneficiaries, thereby converting the same into cash. I further authorize and empower my said

Executors to execute, acknowledge and deliver all proper writings and deeds of conveyance and
transfer thereof.
ITEM VI: The principal and income of any bequests or trusts created hereunder shall
be free from anticipation, assignment, pledge or obligation of any beneficiaries and shall not be
subject to any execution or attachment or to voluntary or involuntary alienation.
ITEM VII: I appoint my son and daughter, PETER NICHOLAS KAFKALAS and
ELLEN ANN KAFKALAS, Executors of this, my Last Will.
ITEM VIII: I direct that my Executors or their successors, shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
ITEM IX: I direct that my Executors or their successors shall retain the Nicholas Law
Offices, PC to assist them in the probate of my estate.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day of

identified by the signature of the Testator, was on the day and date thereof signed, published and
