The Petitioner herein is Susan Renee Rittner an adult individual who resides at 3708 Swindon Lane, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. She has resided at that address for five (5) continuous years prior to the date of the filing of this Petition. 2. Petitioner has recently been divorced by her former husband, Harold Rittner. 3. Petitioner's name prior to her marriage to Harold Rittner was Susan Renee Pust. Petitioner has elected not to resume her prior name as a result of the divorce action. 4. Petitioner wishes to change her name to Susan Pust Renee. She wishes to make that change for the following reasons: A. She wants a fresh start and believes the change in her name will enable her to obtain that. B. She does not wish to resume her prior surname "Pust" because she wants to move forward with her life and does not choose to use her prior surname. D. Because she will be changing her name as a result of the divorce, she thinks it prudent to change her name now to the name she wishes to use for the C,1 balance of her life. SCE 5.
