RASY Owners C MUNICIPAL LIEN AND NOW, this 31 day of December 2013, the BOROUGH OF SHIPPENSBURG, Cumberland and Franklin Counties, Pennsylvania, a duly incorporated municipal corporation and political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, by and through Samuel E. Wiser, Jr., Esquire of SALZMANN HUGHES, P.C., hereby files its Municipal Claim for delinquent dumpster rental fees due and owing, including penalty and interest, in the amount of $446.45, plus costs, including filing, service and attorney's fees of $271.50, for a total of Seven Hundred Seventeen Dollars and Ninety Five Cents ($717.95), and sets forth the following: 1. Claimant is the Borough of Shippensburg, with its principal office at 111 North Fayette Street, P.O. Box 129 Shippensburg, Pennsylvania 17257. 2. The Owners of the subject improved real property against which the present Municipal Claim is filed are Daniel J. Rasy and Shannon T. Rasy, of 210 Roxbury Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257. 3. The improved real property against which the present Municipal Claim is filed is located at and known as 210 Roxbury Road, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17257, also known as Cumberland County parcel 34 -34- 2417 -034. � 9 1/ Iw+ % @ ' af� 4. The authority under which the present Municipal Claim is filed is the Municipal Claims and Tax Liens Act ", Act of May 16, 1923, P.L. 207, amended (53 P.S. Section 7101, et seq.). The authority for the assessment and collection of interest, attorney fees, if any, and filing costs is Section 7106(a) of said Act [53 P.S. §7106(a)], as well as Chapter 99 and Chapter 11, Article 1 of the Borough of Shippensburg's Code of Ordinances. 5. This Municipal Claim is filed for delinquent dumpster rental fees, assessed or established as of the below- mentioned dates, and for the following unpaid amounts: Delinquent dumpster rental fees June 19, 2012 $ 51.90 July 19, 2012 $286.77 August 27, 2012 67.19 Delinquent dumpster rental fees $405.86 6. Statement of Claim: Dumpster Rental Fees Owing, plus $405.86 Penalty and Interest: $ 40.59 Costs, including Filing, Service and Attorney's Fees: $271.50 TOTAL MUNICIPAL CLAIM: $717.95 7. Plus interest at a legal rate thereof from the date of filing of the present Municipal Claim, plus additional penalties and interest thereon, if any, incurred for sewer services furnished and/or unbilled as of, or subsequent to, the date of filing of the present Municipal Claim.
