Plaintiff Millers Capital Insurance Company, is an insurance carrier licensed and authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and having as one of its principal places of business the above captioned address. 2. Aum Rsaj Hospitality, LLC d/b /a Econolodge (hereinafter referred to as "Econolodge ") is a business entity that provides lodging to paying customers at its location on 1252 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle, PA. i 3. Econolodge was insured with the Plaintiff Millers Capital Insurance Company on 06/13/2013. 4. Defendant Blaise Diehl is an adult individual residing at the above captioned address. 5. On or about 06/13/2013, Plaintiff Millers Capital Insurance Company insured Econolodge with a commercial property policy, policy number CPP0685614, said policy covering the above referenced motel and carrying with same, structure, contents and loss of use coverages. c. 6. On or about 06/13/2013 the Defendant vacated room # 233 of the motel, leaving behind significant damage which included but was not limited to a destroyed chair, destroyed mirrors, destroyed microwave, destroyed box spring and mattresses. 7. The aforesaid damage resulted solely from the negligent and or intentional acts on part of Defendant named herein and was due in no manner whatsoever to any act and/or failure to act on part of Plaintiff's insured. 8. As a result of the aforesaid damage, Plaintiff Millers Capital Insurance Company settled the property damage claim of Econolodge in the amount of $8,275.31 (said figure includes the first party deductible) representing fair and reasonable reimbursement for the damages sustained. 9. Pursuant to the aforesaid policy of insurance, Millers Capital Insurance Company is subrogated to Econolodge for this loss WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant in the amount of $8,275.31 together plus costs, interest and such other relief this Court finds equitable and just.
