SUPPLEMENT TO AMENDED AND RESTATED
FIRST AND FINAL ACCOUNT
for the "Revocable Trust" established by Mildred J. Gerber, on December
19,1997, and amended on August 2,1999, and January 25, 2001.
Stated by Fred E. Gerber II, Success-Trustee.
Date of Trustee's First Receipt of Funds: January 1, 1998.
Account stated for the period: January 1, 1998 to December 31, 2001.
Purpose of the Account - The Trustee offers this Account to acquaint
interested parties with the transactions that have occurred during his
administration of the Trust.

2. The $17,700 paid to Fred E. Gerber, on February 24, 1999,
is in accordance with Mildred J. Gerber Authorization and
Approval, a copy of which is attached hereto. The
$17,700 is to be repaid to the Trust from Fred E. Gerber's
share of Mildred J. Gerber's estate.
3. The $30,000 paid to Fred E. Gerber on January 23, 2001,
is in accordance with Mildred J. Gerber Authorization and
Approval, a copy of which is attached hereto.
4. The rents for the Baltimore real estate were paid
directly to Mildred J. Gerber during her lifetime
and to PNC Bank, the Guardian of her estate, after
her death.
5. In addition to the authority granted to Trustee
in the Trust, checks drawn by Frederick E.
Gerber were authorized and approved by
Mildred J. Gerber. A copy of the
Authorization and Approval is attached
hereto.
6. Fred E. Gerber chose to maintain a margin
account at Schwab rather than sell assets
because of the instructions in the Trust
to retain the municipal bond funds.

1. Gerber on December 19, 1997 and amended on August 2,1999 and January 25, 2001, hereby
declares under oath that he has fully and faithfully discharged the duties of his office; that the
foregoing Supplement to Amended and Restated First and Final Account is true and correct and
fully discloses all significant transactions occurring during the accounting period; that all known
claims against the Trust during the accounting period have been paid in full or will be paid when
due; that, to his knowledge, there are no claims now outstanding during the accounting period
against the Estate; and that all taxes presently due from the Trust have been paid.

REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT
Para 14 (h) Authority to Borrow Money
I, Mildred Jane Gerber, of 623 Hilltop Dnve, New Cumberlend, PA, signed
the above revocable trust agreement as the "Grantor" with my husband, Fred E
Gerber on the 19th day of December, 1997 After my husband's death, I
appointed my son, Colonel Frederick E Gerber as my executor, trustee and
power of attorney, This was based on my husband's communication with me
prior to his death and my personal feelings of trust and confidence in my son's
ability to administer both Trusts
My son Fred is aSKing my permission, 31 January 1999, to borrow
$17,700,00 from the Mildred J, Gerber Trust. , have reviewed the Trust With him
It is my understanding paragraph 14 indicates the Trustee is "vested with the
following discretionary powers which they shall have until the final dlstnbution of
all assets in their hands," Paragraph 14 (h) further states: "to borrow money for
any purpose "with or without interest."
I approve lending my son Colonel Frederick E Gerber the amount of
$17,700,00, without interest, as a prOVision of the Mildred J. Gerber Revocable
Trust for which I am the Grantor Para 22 of the Trust further allows me to
"amend, or moditJ this agraement, at any time, In :'Jny way whatever." I therefore
authorize this no-interest loan to my son, He agrees'o repay the amount of
$17,700,00 upon my death from his estimated Inlleritanc," from my estate
I have freely approved this loan to my son. 31 January 1999, Without
