WHEREAS,Lewis S. Kunkel,Jr.,died Apri18,2013, lea.ving a Wi11 dated May 5,
2008,a First Codicil thereto dated July 7,2009 and a Second Codicil tllereto dated February 1,
2013; and
WHEREAS, said Will and Codicils were admitted to probate by decree of the
Register of Wills of Cumberland County,Pennsylvania,dated Apri122,2013,and Letters
Testamentary were issued to Louise Reily Kunkei and Eliza.beth Holland Kunkel as Executors;
and �
WHEREAS,under the terms of Paragraph SIXTH(b)of said Will,upon the death
of Louise Rei1y Kunkel,the pri.ncipal passing under said Paragraph SIXTH is to be divided into
two equal shares and,under the terms of Pazagraph SIXTH(b)1.,one such share is to be further
divided into equal shazes for such of the children of Lewis 5.Kunkel,Jr.,then living or then
deceased represented by then living descendants("children"and"descendants"being defined
under Paragraph FOURTEENTH(b)to include William Carpenter Miles,Jr.,and Sarah Becket
Miles and their descendants and,for the purposes of Paragraph SIXTH(b) 1.to include
Eliza.beth Holland Kunkel);and
WHEREAS,Elizabeth Holland Kunkel wishes to disclaim any and all interest
passing to her under the terms of Paragraph SIXTH(b) 1.,

NOW THEREFORE,I,Elizabeth Holland Kunkel,hereby disclaim any and all
interest passing to me under the terms of Pa�ragra.ph SIXTH(b) 1. of the Will of Le�vis S.Kunkel,
Jr.,dated Ma.y 5,2008.
