MOTION TO MAKE RULE ABSOLUTE
1. On December 4, 2013, a Motion to Withdraw as Counsel for Estate was
filed by Purcell, Krug & Haller.
2. A Rule to Show Cause was issued on December 11, 2013, giving
Respondent, Scott E. Flesher, Executor for the Estate, twenty (20) days in
which to file a responsive pleading.
3. The Rule was served on Respondent on December 13, 2013. (See
attached Certificate of Mailing attached hereto as Exhibit "A".)
4. Respondent has not filed a response to said Motion.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner, Purcell, Krug & Hailer, moves this Honorable Court to
make the Rule absolute and enter an Order granting permission for Howard B. Krug,
Esquire to be withdrawn as counsel from this matter.
