Petitioner Robert J. Howard, by and through his undersigned attorney, files this petition
and avers the following:
1. George W. Howard(hereinafter referred to as"Decedent") died testate on
October 15, 2013.
2. On October 28, 2013, an informal caveat was filed in this matter.
3. On December 2, 2013,the Last Will and Testament of the decedent was presented
for Probate in Cumberland County.
4. A formal caveat was filed and a$5,000.00 bond posted on December 12, 2013.
5. A hearing is scheduled for January 15a'in front of the Register of Wills to show
cause why the Last Will and Testament presented for Probate on December 2, 2013, should not
be probated.
6. Petitioner wishes to certify this matter to the Orphans Court for a full hearing;
Attorney No Otto for Executor and Attorney Marcus McKnight for Robert Surfield both concur
on certifying this matter to the Orphans Court for a full hearing.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner Robert J. Howard requests the Register of Wills certify this
entire case to the Orphans Court for a full hearing on the merits.
