FIRST: I direct the payment of all my legal debts, funeral expenses including my grave marker and all expenses of my last illness, state, federal estate and inheritance taxes and administration costs shall be paid as soon as may be conveniently done following my decease leaving all specific bequests free of tax to the legatee. I further direct that my said trustee allow my sons and daughter after they attain the age of 18 years to allow them all voting rights in the said stock. I further give and bequeath to my sons all my sports memorabolia. THIRD: I give and bequeath to my son, Zachary U: Geesaman the pocket watch that belonged to grandfather Joseph Brown. FOURTH: I give, devise and bequeath the rest and residue of my estate, be it real, mixed or personal property to my wife, Andrea J. Geesaman. The power to use the principal if the income should prove insufficient for the support, health, maintenance and education of the said minor. c. I direct that my Trustee may distribute to any minor when they attain the age of 16 years the sum of $10,000.00 to purchase an automobile. d. I direct that my Trustee pay to the minor when they attain the age of twenty one years but prior to the date when they attain the age of twenty five years any monies requested by the minor in an amount which does not exceed the minor's prior years income. e. The power to distribute to the said minor the share of the then remaining principal and income upon the attainment of the age of Twenty Five (25) years, upon a good and valid release without the necessity of an adjudication by the Orphan's Court. SEVENTH: If my wife should predecease me or if we should die in a common disaster, then in either of those said events, I hereby nominate and appoint, Lucinda Varner as the guardian of any minor children.
