that they are unable to resolve the underlying issues and requesting an appointment of an
auditor, Robert P. Kline, Esquire is appointed auditor in this matter of the objection to
First and Final Account of Anne E. LaPorte, Administrator for the Estate of Robert J.
LaPorte.
