the time and place set for a Confirmation of Accounts, and Seth T.
Mosebey, Esquire, appearing on behalf of the estate, and Patricia
A. Bowser, daughter of the decedent, having appeared and having
filed verbal objections to the proposed distribution, and it
appearing that she has filed two notices of claim against the
estate, one in the amount of $2, 212 . 31, filed on July 8, 2013, and
another one in the amount of $4 , 495 . 98, filed on September 13,
2013, and Patricia A. Bowser having not filed written objections
explaining these notices of claim to this point, the proposed
schedule of distribution is hereby denied at this time without
prejudice for the executrix to re-file for the distribution at the
next Confirmation of Accounts scheduled to occur on March 4, 2014 .
Patricia A. Bowser is hereby ordered to file any
objections to the proposed distribution within 30 days of the date
of this Order. It is noted that at this time Patricia A. Bowser
appears to be representing herself pro se, but she has indicated to
this Court that she desires to reenlist counsel in the person of
Stacy B . Wolf, Esquire .
The Confirmation of Accounts may be held without the
necessity of any party re-advertising the proposed distribution and
any other notices attendant thereto. It is noted that if Ms .
Bowser does not file objections within 30 days of the date of this
Order, she is notified that this Court may confirm the proposed
distribution at the next Confirmation of Accounts.
