Plaintiffs, Lawton Rovegno and Richard Rovegno, are adults individual owning the building at 401 East Louther Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant Ronald J. Baish is an adult individual residing at 349 East Louther Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. On November 17, 2003, at approximately 2:55 p.m., Defendant Ronald J. Baish was operating his vehicle when he negligently and recklessly drove the vehicle into the building located at 401 East Louther Street, causing extensive property damage. 4. Defendant Ronald J. Baish was negligent and reckless in that he: a. failed to operate his vehicle in a safe and prudent manner; b. allowed his vehicle to strike the building; C. operated his vehicle without regard for the safety of the persons in or around the building; d. operated his vehicle at an excessive rate of speed; and e. operated his vehicle in contravention to the laws of Pennsylvania governing motor vehicles. 6. As a direct and proximate result of the negligence and recklessness of Defendant Ronald J. Baish, property damage in the amount of $5,277.00 was caused to the Plaintiffs' building. WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs Lawton Rovegno and Richard Rovegno demand judgment against Defendant Ronald J. Baish in the amount of $5,277.00, together with interest and costs of suit.
