ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this day of January 2014, upon consideration of the Petition for
Settlement of Small Estate, the PETITION is GRANTED. This Court recognizes that
Petitioner failed to attach a certificate of the Register showing the status of payment of

the inheritance tax as an exhibit to the Petition, as required by C.C.O.C.R. 6.11-2;
however, since the Notice of Inheritance Tax Appraisement, Allowance or Disallowance
of Deductions and Assessment of Tax (Rev-1547) was separately filed on 6 January
2014, the procedural deficiency is overlooked as the intent of the rule has been fulfilled.
It is ORDERED that Petitioner distribute the property of the decedent under
Section 3102 of the Probate, Estate, and Fiduciaries Cod� as follows:

It is further ORDERED that the family exemption be satisfied as an offset of
$3,500 to the gross estate used to calculate inheritance tax payable, related to the inter
vivos gift of one-third of the decedent's house to Shannon Mattanoni, decedent's
daughter, with whom decedent resided.
This decree of distribution shall constitute sufficient authority to all transfer
agents, registrars and others dealing with the property of the estate to recognize the
persons named as entitled to receive such property without administration, and shall in
all respects have the same effect as a decree of distribution after an accounting by a
personal representative.
